It was first experience going to this shoe store. I ordered online. I was greeted coming in and asked how can I be helped! Directed me the the service counter and a few minutes après I was out! Great Customer service! Keep up the good job

Terrible customer service by Asst. Manager Annick, I will never spend 1$ in that place. Rubino, you lost my business permanently.**To the owner in response to your reply : It seems she left out a key element where I informed her that I cannot use the hand sanitizer because I have a medical condition on my hands that does not allow me to put any alcohol based product on them as it aggravates my condition. It is for this reason that I keep my gloves on in the store. I have had no issues at any other stores.
