Call It Spring

Shopped there last week, great customer service! The guy that works there is very polite and friendly. He was very patient and helped me find the right shoes. I will definitely go there again!

I was so impressed with variety, pricing and most importantly CS.It was nice to be welcomed into the store; I had 2 woman help me find what I needed and order the sizes I needed at no shipping cost.I'm not from Mississauga but I will definitely stop in again if I'm shopping that way.

Went in tried on 2 different pairs of shoes all of them were really uncomfortable. Tried the third pair on they where still uncomfortable the sales person convinced me they will be better after a while and that the sale they have is ending and that I could return if I really didn’t like them. Then tried to upsell their spray.When to another store paid 15 bucks more from their competitors that don’t actually destroy my feet. Came back to the store to return a few days later they accuse me of wearing the shoes. Look at the pictures below these are not worn shoes. This business is a fraud the service reps will do anything to keep their commission and their made in china products don’t buy from them. Pay a few bucks more for quality.

Impossible to get someone to help you find sizes. There’s simply not enough associates on shift for the mob of people waiting by the back door for assistance. Barely any room to sit and try on shoes, and the area was very messy with boxes and tissue paper everywhere. The associate that did end up helping me was very pushy with the upwelling and tried rushing me to make decisions. Overall not a pleasant experience.

The staff at this location seem to be very helpful with their Customer Service and Sales professionalism. They are really quick at getting you the items you ask for and seem efficient in wanting to get you what you need. This a good location and it seems there is always a 50% sale here all the time on most of the products which is amazing.

Came here for winter boot shoping this black Friday. Was greeted and attended by Ashley. She was really friendly and professional. Gave her best to find a right shoe and fit for me.! I probably tried like 15 shoe but she was really patient during my shopping process and helped me out through the end. Other staff were helpful too. I was ask manager to appreciate ASHLEY's customer service skills by giving him a hefty raise.! Will definitely come again to shop at this location. Thanks

I went into this location to purchase heels and boots. I knew what I wanted as I had browsed online before attending. When I went to pay for my purchase the item scanned at $89.99 instead of $109.99. The man assisting me (whom I'm assuming is the manager) changed the price of the boots back to full regular price. Seeing your purchase be one price and then jacked up to quite a higher amount is less than satisfying. To me, this lacks integrity towards the customer and I feel it doesn't create a welcoming tone that entices people to return to this store. This is actually the second time this has happened to me at this location and both times I've been given a different explanation as to why it keeps occurring with no actual resolution put into place. If there is a glitch in the system, contact technical support to have it rectified. Truthfully I think it's distasteful and I will not be returning to this location again for shoes. Fix the problem!

Ordered shoes online, only to find out 9 days later that they haven't even shipped yet. This is for my wedding, so it's kind of important. After chatting with support, they told me they can't do anything about it – not even giving me the location or phone number of the store so I can speak to them myself! They then told me I can't cancel the order until 10+ days after the order date, which makes zero sense. I then asked to speak to their manager, to which they said there is no manager here and they won't call you back". Perfect. What a poorly managed
