You literally can’t buy a pair of shoes there. You can’t get anyone to help you. There is one person on register and nobody else with thirty people in the store. How could anyone working there even know who was in the store first to actually help? I spoke to another would be customer and she said in all the years she’s been to this location you can’t get anyone to help you. Well, I was going to buy $500 plus worth of shoes but couldn’t….

The store is critically understaffed. I had to wait in line to ask to try on a certain size. The clerk came back after 10 minutes with the wrong size and when I said they were too small, she scoffed at me, rolled her eyes and walked away. She never came back. Surprisingly she was one of the nicer staff in the store, as the other clerks were snapping at customers

Ordered a pair of boots in the store and was told they'd arrive to me in 3 days business days. It's now been 8 business days, the order tracking doesn't work on the customer end. I spoke with their online sales and they told me it was to be delivered earlier in the week, now they're saying another 3 days but that there's been no movement on the package. The company won't do anything about it. Very disappointed in the customer service.

A bunch of incompetent people run this store. 20-30 mins to get them to give you a pair of shoes from the back. Worst location I have ever been I wish Google had the option of 0 stars because that’s what this pathetic excuse of a business deserves

I hate shopping. Im one of those women that only go when something is actually a need.My Birkenstocks are disintegrating as I walk so it was time. I walked in, a young wonderful lady offered to help. I requested my size in any colours or style in the brand. She obliged. Came back w 4 options. Figured out what styles i liked best so she grabbed more colours in those styles. Very patient and helpful service. Staff were non pushy and offered extra help. They have an amazing selection of styles and colours. It was hard to pick.

I love coming to the store ONLY for the great variety of shoes that it has.Unfortunately, the young staff is very snappy, not just with me but to other clients.The young lady that was at the cashier rolled the eyes at us, she had no respect for an elder woman that was buying at least 3 pairs. I went for a pair of sandals that cost 190.39 taxes included. And when I was asking about the color options to another girl from the staff, she was scoffing at me.Trying to be empathetic because everybody has off days, but this is way to common at this store.I just keep coming for the products because I really like it. I would by somewhere else if I had a choice.

The place is swarming with customer when we came visit but staff are well organized and was able to accommodate everyone. We are looking for a particular model of shoe and they have it. After trying out 2 different colors and sizes I decided to request my choice but to my dismay they do not have my size. The shopping experience was very good unfortunately we were not able to close a deal. Very good store with various selection of desirable shoes. Pricing is also competitive and staff are nice. I recommend them.

Took 10 minutes for them to check if they had a particular size in stock. They at first tried to ignore the sale label on the product. When informed of the sale price on the tag they had just removed, they said they could not honor the full sale price. Took 15 minutes to get through purchasing. No apology for attempting to charge nearly double the listed price.Do not recommend, Thoroughly dissatisfied with the experience.

Good selection of shoes but with how busy it gets at this location they are either understaffed or under trained.They had to fully refund someone and re-do a transaction because something on their system wasn't working properly? Idk I've never been to a buisness that had to fully refund me and re do a purchase like that.Took about 5 minutes to get help from one of the 3 employees at the front, needed a size on 2 pairs of shoes. She came out with one pair in the wrong shoe and went back to find the other one, it took so long we ended up just leaving the other box on the floor and leaving without any acknowledgment from the other staff, with multiple other people also waiting for help.

Came in early January and got the shoes I wanted but idk staff didn’t really seem too interested in helping unless you came up and asked them. I get it but you know you shouldnt have to wait for your conversation to end so a customer can get help.
