Shoe store

I was in store today with my service dog. An employee advised me that the owner was allergic to dogs. I said I am legally allowed to be in the store. A male said it's not you owners problem its yours!". I offered to give him the number to the company that trained her. I said human rights covers my ability to be in here. He told me to leave the store. Steve one of the employees stepped in and said its the law. The wife told me to move on as I did. They were very rude and ignorant. Thank you steve and the rest of the employees for your understanding and support.I will always buy my shoes here. Great store"

If i could do no stars i would. Horrible customer service. Had to wait at the shoe section for almost a half hour before anyone even acknowledged me and than says oh you were looking at the tv so i thought someone was already helping you.Ordered shoes online on a sale. Nowhere in the description did it say double wide but that's what i got so i asked for an exchange and was told i can return them but not exchange them at the sale price. Even though on the description nowhere does it state extra wide. Co-Worker ordered as well and said the same thing . Sport Chek from my experience is not a store i can recommend to anyone .

Marks, it’s like the Canadian tire of Canadian clothing and work gear. Huge selection of safety gear and boots. Casual clothing etc. online shopping is even better with easy store returns possible. Lots of covered parking at this location.

Tim and Naman were super helpful, thanks to them I found the perfect suit and shirt for my wedding! Perfect customer service, and incredible high quality outfits! I've never had a suit (Jack Victor) fit so well! And the (Bugatchi) shirt too! I am only coming here from now on!!

when i first walked in, there wasn’t anyone to service me (which was fine). then when i asked for help to get a size, an employee (sabrina q) helped me and she was a little helpful at first, but when my sister and i both noticed that both pairs of shoes were a little dirty, we asked if she could get us a different pair and she didn’t seem so happy about that. to be honest she had an attitude afterwards and i felt offended by it, if i’m being 110% true right now. i ended up buying the somewhat messed up shoes, she did not deserve the commission. it was very rude of her to show attitude, if she didn’t like it there she could’ve asked someone else to service me. better yet, if she doesn’t like her job, she might as well quit. it’s not hard to be nice.

Foot Locker in Langley offers a wide range of athletic footwear and apparel. The store has a good selection of popular brands and styles. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the prices can be on the higher side, and the store can get crowded during peak hours

Not very friendly staff, went there today around 8PM nobody really looked for an item we really wanted to buy from another store since they didn’t have the right size in their store.Poor customer service.

Garbage service. Go to Heartland location by Mavis and Brittania. Better service and selection.

Seems all the products that didn't make it in bigger locations get dumped in Huntsville........Pity
